Danat Al Ain Resort in Al Ain, UAE, has appointed Dennis Smith as its new food and beverage (F&B) manager.

With over 12 years of experience in the F&B industry across prominent hotels in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of dining trends to the Danat Al Ain Resort. In his new assignment, he will manage the resort's restaurants and banquet operations by developing new culinary experiences, whilst maintaining the highest standard of service. He will oversee the hotel's nine outlets, which include the award-winning Indian restaurant - Tanjore, McGettigans - Irish Pub and the Italian restaurant and bar - Luce.
