Hospitality Management Holding (HMH), the region’s largest hotel management company, has promoted Faycal Ouaissa to the position of director of food and beverage for the group.
 
Ouaissa has been with HMH for the past four years as head of operational support and with nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Specialising in launching new food and beverage (F&B) concepts, Ouaissa has worked with leading brands such as the Marriott, One and Only, Le Meridien and Hilton.
