Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights, the world’s largest Mercure Hotel in the Accor portfolio is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, has named Levent Tasbas as its director of finance.

Tasbas holds extensive knowledge of hotel management and operations, pre-openings, team building and management, cost and risk management, budget and planning, forecasting, investment decisions, treasury management and financial reporting and presentation.

Some of his previous positions include Multi-property director of finance and accounting at Goddess of Bodrum Hotel & Spa, general manager at The Grand Blue Sky Hotel, general manager/ director of finance at Rixos Hotels/Accor Hotels Group and director of finance at Kılıc Holding AS in Bodrum, Turkey.

In addition to years of professional experience, Tasbas also holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. - TradeArabia News Service
