Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) is planning to launch a new programme that will enable its passengers to enter the kingdom with a visa linked to the ticket, a report said.

 

Akhbaar24.com quoted an official spokesperson for Saudia as saying that the new programme, "your ticket is a Visa', will allow visitors to obtain a visa at the stage of purchasing a ticket. 

 

When the traveller is in the process of buying a ticket, he will be asked if he/she needs a visa. In case visa is required, the traveller can complete the procedure from the same site in three minutes without the need for visiting the Ministry website to obtain a visa, the spokesperson said.
