Ascott launches first property in Djibouti

The Ascott Limited, a leading international lodging owner-operator, has entered into a partnership with, Salaam Properties, a top estate group to launch its first property in Djibouti and twelfth in Africa - Citadines City Centre Djibouti.

Set to open in 2024, the stunning property will welcome guests to a world of infinite possibilities under its innovative apart-hotel concept, as part of the Group’s award-winning Citadines brand.

Housing 83 units and catering to the needs of every traveller, Citadines City Centre Djibouti boasts spacious studios, and sophisticated one- and two-bedroom apartments. The new property will introduce Djiboutian residents and visitors to Ascott’s innovative apart-hotel concept, complementing the leading lodging owner-operator’s existing award-winning hotel apartment offerings in the African subcontinent, including Nairobi.
