Exhibitor number doubles for Luxury Tribe India event

NEW DELHI, February 20, 2024

The second edition of Luxury Tribe India, a luxury travel marketplace exclusively for Indian buyers, will be held from March 11-14, 2024 in New Delhi. It will bring together 60 exhibitors – the number of which has doubled from 30 in the first year.

It will unite hotel brands and destinations and elite buyers from India, and industry forerunners.

“My team and I are thrilled to see the traction we are having on an international scale,” said Sheetal Rastogi, founder of Luxury Tribe.

Rastogi sees the arrival of iconic luxury hotels, high-end destination management companies, exclusive jet and yacht charter operators, expedition cruise lines, tourism boards, local attractions, and independent boutique hotels from Middle East and Maldives like Atlantis Royal, The Lana Dubai –  a Dorchester Collection Hotel, Soneva Resorts Maldives, One&Only Reethi Rah, Sukhothai Bangkok,  Asia with, France with Barrière Group and Italy with Il Borro, famous property in Tuscany, Luxury Lodges of Australia, Tourism Bhutan, Queensland Tourism, Visit Portugal, Charm & Adventure Italy, Ponant Cruises, Bulgari Resort Bali, Raffles Bali, Alila Villas Uluwatu and many more.

Maurizio Orlacchio, GM of Borgo Santo Andrea on the Amalfi coast, said: “Our property is one of a kind and we are interested only in discerning travellers who can appreciate the attention to detail, the level of service and excellence we aim to give and after the American market, we see an increase of interest from Asia where India is becoming an exceptional market. Last year, my team, thanks to the show, secured trips with a value of over 80,000 euro.”

They have been great with us, and we have a lot of confidence in them as well. Luxury Tribe has been a very good place for us to get to know people. Since we are new in the luxury market, we thought we should come strong, and this is a good place to start.”

Education is also at the base of the Luxury Tribe show and this year in addition to the Illume conference, the event will also offer ‘fireside chats’, workshop opportunities where leaders from the luxury industry explain the key strategies to expand into the Indian market and tools to gain traction: the topic will focus on emerging destinations, the emerging trends and success stories of luxury global brands.

Rastogi added: “India is a multifaceted, burgeoning region.
