Jad Frem joins as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, while Ranganath P Nayak takes on the pivotal position of Cluster Director of Groups & Events. 

 

Frem brings a wealth of expertise in crafting impactful sales and marketing strategies. With 19 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Frem possesses a keen interest in nurturing the luxury travel market in the Middle East and beyond.

 

Previously serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Six Senses Zighy Bay from 2012 to 2019, he later ascended to the role of Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Indian Ocean Six Senses from 2019 to 2020. Before joining Anantara, he played a pivotal role as Commercial Director at Conrad Maldives, where he championed the commercial team's efforts, fostering continuous support and growth throughout the resort.

 

With a focus on quality and innovation, Frem will enhance the resorts’ presence and showcase their unparalleled offerings amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Empty Quarter and Sir Bani Yas Island.

 

With over 15 years within the luxury hospitality sector, Nayak has consistently achieved industry-leading results, characterised by a relentless dedication to optimising guest satisfaction and fostering meaningful engagement. His journey has seen him occupy pivotal roles, including serving as the Events Manager at Royal Meridien, Sales Manager at Jumeirah Groups, Groups & Leisure Manager at InterContinental Dubai, and Assistant Director of Sales at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi.
