Adventure and gastronomy “key to optimising travel trends”

A top official from Sunset Hospitality Group said at an Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2024 session in Dubai, how the hospitality sector must focus on optimising emerging travel trends and gastronomy to meet evolving demands of the modern traveller.
Christophe Hobeika, the Executive Director of Sunset Hotels & Resorts, a panellist at 'Find Your 2024 Niche’ session, emphasised the importance of adapting to cater to the travellers' love of gastronomy and their passion for adventure.
Hobeika spoke alongside culinary experts Samamtha Wood (FooDiva), Harue Oki (INTO ME, Aviareps), and Jonathon DeLise (FindingFoodFluency).
The panellists explored culinary trends and ways to stand out in the Middle East’s highly competitive luxury travel market.
Hobeika explained the demand for authenticity and personalisation in the F&B industry, and how adopting a personalised approach to the guest experience can help luxury hospitality brands with customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
