Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai has appointed a new head chef for its dining outlets, including the hotel’s signature venue, The Grazer that is located just a five-minute drive from the iconic Burj Khalifa.
With over 12 years of culinary expertise in the UAE’s vibrant food scene, Fabio Tramontano has honed his skills at some of the region’s top establishments, including Cavalli Club at Fairmont, Byblos Hotel, Il Faro Trattoria & Lounge, Gia, and Public at The Dubai Mall.
Hailing from Italy, Tramontano has earned a reputation for his creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong leadership.
His career began at the iconic Hotel Cipriani in Venice, where he rose through the ranks from Commis. His journey also took him to London and Switzerland, where he refined his culinary techniques and developed a solid foundation for his craft.
In his new role as head chef, Tramontano aims to introduce innovative dining concepts while maintaining the restaurant’s commitment to organic, soul-nurturing dishes.
Guests can expect a delightful blend of cuisines, prepared with love and served in a serene setting in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
