Bahrain International Airshow, taking place from November 13-15, has announced its aircraft listings and conference programme for its 2024 edition, while preparing to welcome leaders across the aerospace and defence industries, across 40 luxury chalets, to the Sakhir Airbase.

The airshow will be held on a 14,000sqm exhibition space, and feature 86,000sqm static aircraft display, including exhibitors such as Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Bell, Embraer, Thales, Gulf Air, BAE System, Leonardo, DHL, Indra Spain, Otokar, Defence Technology Equipment and UAE Tawazan.

The show is being held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and under the supervision of Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King and the Chairman of BIAS’ Supreme Organising Committee.

Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) flying display, led by aerobatic teams of 125 different types of aircraft, will demonstrate the industry’s leading technology, innovation and engineering feats, when it takes to the skies above Sakhir Airbase.

Additionally, three established flying clubs will take part in the display, bringing over 35 exciting aircraft between them.

Following the success of the conference programme at the 2022 instalment, this year’s Bahrain International Airshow will yet again bring a plethora of international thought leaders, industry experts and specialists onto two stages to discuss four key themes across two days: Airlines & Airports, Space, Defence, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and STEM workshops.
