DUBAI, 8 days ago
JA Resorts & Hotels has appointed a hospitality industry veteran as its new Chief Executive Officer, who, it said, will focus on its growth by prioritising talent development, innovation, and guest engagement through digital transformation and sustainability efforts.
With over 40 years in the industry, Ralph Porciani brings extensive experience to luxury hotel management.
He has spent a significant portion of his career in central London working for some of the city’s most prestigious hotels before leading Trump Turnberry in Scotland for 20 years, where he achieved Forbes Five-Star accreditation for the resort.
In his new role in Dubai, Porciani will focus on the growth of JA Resorts & Hotels. His priorities include developing talent, promoting innovation, and enhancing guest engagement through digital transformation and sustainability efforts.
“We are pleased to welcome Ralph to JA Resorts & Hotels,” said Nelson Gibb, Group CEO of Dutco Group.
“His experience and dedication to hospitality are valuable as we move into this next phase.
“We look forward to seeing the brand continue to grow under his leadership.”
His commitment to personalised service stems from his background in the family restaurant business. This experience has shaped his belief in building strong relationships with both guests and team members.
Porciani said: “I am excited to be part of JA Resorts & Hotels and look forward to building on its legacy and enhancing the guest experience.”
Porciani’s appointment marks a significant step for JA Resorts & Hotels as the brand seeks to expand its presence regionally and internationally while maintaining its focus on quality service. – TradeArabia News Service
