DOHA, 14 hours, 41 minutes ago

Famous for his culinary mastery and global influence, Chef Morimoto has returned to Mondrian Doha for a four-day long celebration of Japanese cuisine at Morimoto Doha, a fusion of Japanese traditions and global flavours.

From November 14, food enthusiasts and critics alike have been invited to a ‘meet and greet’ experience, where they can dine with Chef Morimoto himself, enjoying a unique Japanese menu and gaining firsthand insight into his culinary expertise along with an exclusive, personalised Q&A.

On November 15, guests have been invited to join the ultimate lively brunch from 12-3 pm. Followed by the exciting live fish-cutting demonstration at 7pm onwards, perfect for those seeking a truly all-immersive encounter.

The show will go on with Morimoto’s curated omakase dinner on November 16, offering an exclusive selection of small plates crafted by the chef, leading into Sushi & Steak Night on November 17.

Each event is set to captivate tastebuds, ignite passion for gastronomy and deepen the knowledge of fine Japanese dining from the man himself, a statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
