Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts opens its first hotel in Azerbaijan

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has made its debut in Azerbaijan with the opening of Mövenpick Hotel Winter Park Baku. The hotel is the brand’s first property in the South Caucasus region, bringing Mövenpick’s signature Swiss hospitality to the heart of Baku.
Located in the city centre, the hotel offers easy access to Winter Park, shopping and business hubs, and the historic Walled City of Baku. The Old Town, known for its architectural heritage, is a short distance away.
The hotel features 172 rooms, including six luxurious suites. Each room combines functional design with local touches, offering panoramic city views and a comfortable retreat for guests. The interiors use shades of brown, enhanced by bright accents.
The lobby, recently renovated, provides a modern space for gatherings or a quick coffee. Authentic artwork in the lobby reflects local culture and Mövenpick’s core values.
Dining takes centre stage at the 15th Restaurant, which serves a mix of international and Swiss dishes. Signature offerings include beef steak tartare, Zurich-style veal, and Swiss carrot cake. The elegant setting makes it ideal for indulgent moments.
