Emirates Palace will host exclusive Italian culinary event

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi will host an exclusive Italian culinary event featuring Talea by Antonio Guida and Chef Norbert Niederkofler, On January 26.
The event coincides with the highly anticipated return of Middle East & North Africa's 50 Best Restaurants awards to Abu Dhabi.
Part of 50 Best Signature Sessions, this extraordinary dining experience brings together Niederkofler's mountain-to-table philosophy with Talea's acclaimed ‘Cucina di Famiglia’ approach, under the direction of rising star Chef Luigi Stinga.
Discerning diners will experience two distinct Italian culinary perspectives converging through a curated set menu priced at AED 750 ($204.19), with an optional wine pairing at AED 450 per person.
The exclusive dinner is part of the celebratory programme for Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 being held in Abu Dhabi.
The centrepiece will be the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants awards set to take place on 28 January, returning as a live event after a one-year hiatus.
Previously named one of MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants, Talea prizes simplicity and understated Italian sophistication.
Highlights include delectable ravioli, creamy burrata, ossobuco – stewed veal shanks in meat sauce and vitello tonnato, the summer dish of chilled veal in tuna-caper sauce.
With his restaurant consistently listed on The World's 50 Best Restaurants every year, Chef Norbert Niederkofler is a legend in the sustainability culinary world.
Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler is geared towards creating unique gastronomic experiences within the walls of the enchanting 19th-century Moessmer villa.
