i-Rise tower ready for occupation
REALTY Capital Middle East has confirmed that its centrepiece i-Rise business tower project in Tecom Site C in Dubai is complete and ready to be occupied.
A number of high-profile tenants have started fit-out works in their respective offices in the luxurious 36-storey executive and corporate tower, said Realty Capital.
i-Rise offers a total built-up area of more than 1.9 million sq ft, making it among the region’s largest office tower developments. An extensive retail space has also been integrated into the office tower at the ground level, offering a gross area of more than 60,000 sq ft and a total net area of 48,000 sq ft. The retail section can accommodate up to 28 specialty retail outlets, ranging from 500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
Marasi Village villas go on sale
SALE of villas at Marasi Village, a luxury waterfront development in Abu Dhabi on the shore of the Al Bateen Channel, has commenced with the opening of a sales centre at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec).
Marasi Village has 81 luxury villas exclusively reserved for Emiratis. Villas will feature high-specification luxury finishes backed by carefully planned communal facilities aimed at creating a thriving sense of community in the traditional sense.
23 Marina handover in August
DUBAI-based developer Hircon International will commence handover of 23 Marina, a 395-m tower in Dubai Marina, in August.
The tower will then surpass The Torch – which is currently the world’s tallest residential tower and also located at the Dubai Marina – by almost 47 m, according to the developer.
The 90-storey 23 Marina comprises 288 apartments and three penthouses. It has two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplexes, ranging from 1,709 sq ft to 5,775 sq ft.
Go-ahead for villas for UAE citizens
THE UAE’s Commission for Infrastructure Development has approved the construction of 138 new villas for citizens in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, according to reports. This includes construction of 94 villas in Al Hamrania district in Ras Al Khaimah, in addition to replacing 44 houses in Dafta, Al Mareer, Masafi Al Fujairah, Al Bathnah and Sidr valley.
