MASTER real estate developer Nakheel has issued a tender for the construction of Club Vista Mare, a beachfront residential and recreation project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
The club will be located at the middle of the trunk of palm-shaped man-made island. The project will consist of 33 studio apartments, each with its own outdoor terrace, as well as eight cafes and restaurants, retail areas and gymnasium facilities.
The residential units will feature full-glass openings, ensuring spectacular views of Palm Jumeirah’s eastern shoreline and Dubai’s world-famous landmarks. Club Vista Mare will also be directly linked to the Nakheel Mall and Hotel, Nakheel’s newly-announced Dh2.5-billion ($681.2 million) retail and leisure complex on The Palm. The contemporary-style Club Vista Mare complex will span almost 5,000 sq m at ground level, with an additional 2,740 sq m of residential space on the first floor. Each studio covers almost 50 sq m and comes with its own private terrace.
With an overall site area of 24,636 sq m enfolding a built-up area of 7,710 sq m, the project is scheduled to start by the end of this year for completion by early 2015.
The deadline for the submission of bids is August 14.
