Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), a leading property developer in Abu Dhabi, has launched Jawaher Saadiyat, its latest luxurious residential community in the Saadiyat Beach District.
Comprising 83 units, including four-bedroom townhouses and four-, five- and six-bedroom villas, Jawaher Saadiyat is an exclusive gated community situated on the edge of the celebrated Gary Player-designed golf course and within walking distance to the St Regis Saadiyat island resort, Manarat Al Saadiyat exhibition centre and Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, a leading UK school.
Jawaher Saadiyat’s villas and townhouses offer homeowners the opportunity to enjoy all the comforts of modern life in a secure community intended to offer a measure of privacy, with high-end facilities and services.
Featuring bold geometrical styles, each villa will include floor-to-ceiling windows that offer expansive views as well as allow maximum use of natural lighting. Villa residents will also enjoy key interior elements, such as dedicated lift services and a kitchen with an exterior entrance.
The villas, whose built-up areas range from 4,628 to 13,648 sq ft, will also include two to four shaded car parks. Moreover, the five- and six-bedroom villas will feature an independent majlis with its own pantry, toilets, office and guestroom, in addition to a dedicated driver’s and cook’s room.
Meanwhile, TDIC has awarded the enabling works contract for Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the first residential development within the Saadiyat Cultural District, to Nael & Bin Harmal Hydroexport (NBHH) following a competitive tendering process.
Comprising five clusters, each approximately 250 m long, the development will feature nine low-rise residential buildings including apartments and townhouses. The unit sizes will range from one to four bedrooms to lofts and penthouses, with a gross floor area from 106 to 454 sq m.
Moreover, all buildings will feature ground-level retail offerings and pool terraces. The complete project, which will be developed in phases, will also encompass a serviced-apartment building and a retail destination offering approximately 5,000 sq m of leasable area, for both retail and dining outlets.
Work has already commenced on-site for the first phase of construction, with 263,917 cu m anticipated being unearthed, and 2,929 piles expected to be used over the next six months.
