Al Bareh’s seafront residential plots in Bahrain have been in hot demand, says the developer Diyar Al Muharraq
Diyar Al Muharraq is witnessing great demand for its newly launched Al Bareh Development, with sales of freehold seafront residential plots in Al Bareh having started last month. Officials expect a high sell through due to Al Bareh’s unique offerings.
Commenting on the high demand Al Bareh has seen, Dr Maher Al Shaer, the CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq says: “It is indeed a great source of joy to witness such success from the first day of starting the selling process for Al Bareh seafront plots. We attribute this to the fact that Al Bareh development has not only an ideal location in the western side of Diyar Al Muharraq, but also due to the feasible cost of its plots in reflection to their size and the nature of Al Bareh development as a whole, where buyers are entitled to build their homes in accordance to their own preferences.”
Citing the factors that encouraged the high interest, he says: “By opening our doors for five consecutive days to those interested, we were able to showcase the whole project and its offerings ahead of the commencement of the day earmarked for the start of the selling process. Therefore, all visitors to our sales office were able to become acquainted with all the offerings of Al Bareh and the related information. This ensured a smooth and speedy selling procedure as buyers knew exactly which plots they wanted to purchase, in addition to the fact that Al Bareh plots are being offered for sale on a freehold basis, which made this investment opportunity very appealing.”
Situated in a prime location on the west side of Diyar Al Muharraq, Al Bareh comprises three main areas, namely seafront residential plots, residential investment plots and residential plots. The plots in Al Bareh are being offered for sale on a free-hold basis to both nationals and non-Bahrainis.
