After the official launch of the new-generation innovative windows MasterLine 8, Reynaers Aluminium now offers extensions that include low-threshold balcony doors and ventilation vents for optimal flow of fresh air.
“The MasterLine 8 balcony door is a high-end window-door with a low threshold of 20 mm, to combine comfort and improved weather performance,” says Ali Khalaf, managing director of Bahrain-based Reynaers Middle East, the regional office of the Belgian aluminium systems provider.
The balcony doors are available as single or double doors, both inward and outward opening. To operate the doors, different types of hardware can be used, such as dedicated window or door hinges, locks and handles, both on the inside and outside.
In line with the MasterLine windows, the balcony door features three different levels of insulation for high-insulated, low-energy and even passive houses. These different levels of insulation are achieved by the integration of new and clever materials, he points out.
The balcony door can perfectly be combined with the extensive range of window opening types and different levels of thermal insulation, he adds.
Meanwhile, optimal flow of fresh air is now possible by the use of the new ventilation vents. To suit different ventilation needs, the vents are available in two widths for vents up to 3 m high. “These dedicated vents can be used in the standard and HI+ variant of MasterLine 8 to perfectly fit the insulation needs of the building,” says Khalaf. “The ventilation vents are characterised by their excellent performances of 1,650 Pa watertightness and both Uf and Uw value of 1.1 W per sq m K. Another unique feature is its easy production and installation, thanks to the simple millings and adjustable end pieces.”
MasterLine is the successor of Reynaers’ globally renowned and successful Concept System,” says Khalaf.
“MasterLine 8, which stands for maximum comfort and security for the end-user, offers enormous architectural freedom with numerous design variants and scores high in terms of energy efficiency. In the development of the new system, special attention was paid to the manufacturing and installation of the windows. The innovative character of MasterLine 8 lies in an optimised production process, an efficient assembly of the components and a simplified installation of the finished elements.”
Khalaf says the systems give clients a wide design range to perfectly fit any architectural style, while offering the ultimate performance in thermal insulation and air- and water-tightness, with a limited building in-depth of 87 mm. The new generation of MasterLine 8 window systems features different levels of insulation, offering solutions for highly insulated, low energy and even passive houses. The MasterLine 8 concept offers three design variants, each with its own distinct look and feel.
The system can be easily integrated with other Reynaers systems, such as CP 130 and CP 155 sliding systems, the new glass balustrade, the Mosquito system, and the CW 50 curtain-wall system.
MasterLine 8 will be among a range of products that Reynaers Middle East will showcase at the Windows, Doors and Facades Event 2016, which will be held in September (18 to 20) in Dubai, UAE. Other innovations include its SL-38-Ferro, from its highly insulated Slim Line 38 window systems range.
Reynaers will also exhibit its most popular systems including the CW 50 curtain wall. On display will be the CW 50-ML variant to demonstrate the sophisticated multi-level drainage performance of the system.
Among doors, the luxurious Hi-Finity, Concept Folding CF-77, CP-130 sliding system, CS 77 fire-proof systems with push bar and panic button, and SL-38-Cubic slim line series, will form an integral part of the stand, allowing visitors to experience Reynaers systems as fully fabricated and installed on site.
Khalaf says the special event dedicated to the doors, windows and facades sector will ensure the company reaches its target market amongst developers, consultants, engineering houses, architects, contractors and aluminium fabricators interested in the latest aluminium systems for their projects.
Since launching operations in the Middle East in 2004, Reynaers Middle East has witnessed steady growth and has supplied to projects within the GCC and other Arab countries including Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.
