UAE-based Damac Properties has announced the launch of ‘The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences,’ an new collection of golf and beach-style living apartments set within its Akoya Oxygen master development in Dubai.
A collection of five towers, Phase One will see the release of three-bedroom apartments designed for a new generation of millennials.
The resort-style residential and hotel complex will provide residents and visitors with views over the golf and expansive pools and surrounded by artificial sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes and entertainment areas in addition to trendy gyms, spa areas and dedicated children’s play areas. The residential units will benefit from the hospitality services of the Damac Maison de Ville Navitas nearby.
The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences is set within the sprawling 55-million-sq-ft Akoya Oxygen master development, dubbed ‘Dubai’s first green residential addresses and winner of the “Best golf course development” award in the International Property Awards.
Residents will benefit from access to the world-class facilities of Akoya Oxygen, including the 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design, Vista Lux’s retail, hospitality and entertainment and Dubai’s first tropical rainforest, as well as healthy dining options, an organic fresh market, schools and nurseries.
Among other developments at the Akoya Oxygen master development, Damac was set to launch Phase Two of its Akoya Imagine villas at the end of last month (July), following its success in selling out the first phase of the project. The contemporary-styled villas have also been are designed and priced to attract professionals in the under-35 age group.
Meanwhile, Damac Properties said it has awarded 25 construction and consultancy contracts worth Dh3 billion ($817 million) in the first half of 2016. The contract awarded include the main packages for more than 2,678 villas within its luxury lifestyle community Akoya Oxygen, as well as the main package for Golf apartment buildings at Carson – The Drive at Akoya by Damac.
