UAE-based upscale residential, hospitality and commercial property developer Seven Tides has unveiled a new project called Se7en Residences The Palm.
The 14-storey two-tower residential development on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, is situated next to Seven Tides’ second development on the Palm, Dukes Dubai. It will boast around 1,066 units including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The size of the units range between 302 sq ft to 1,707 sq ft.
The apartments have been priced at Dh752,000 ($204,699) for studios, Dh1.03 million (280,372) for one-, Dh1.99 million ($541,689) for two- and Dh3.55 million ($966,329) for three-bedroom units.
Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides International, says: “Se7en Residences will prove to be an excellent addition to the area. Our sea-facing apartments will be of particular interest, with uninterrupted panoramic views over the Arabian Gulf. The property, which has direct beach access, will boast retail outlets on the ground floor such as a gourmet grocery store, laundry services and a pharmacy.
“It will be joined at the top by a stunning infinity pool, offering majestic views over the Dubai Marina skyline and what will become the world’s largest ferris wheel, Ain Dubai. There will also be two restaurants at either side of the swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium,” he added.
Bin Sulayem says: “What we are offering here is a community lifestyle. We have the distinct advantage of being right next door to two extremely successful projects, the Oceana complex and the Dukes Dubai hotel and apartments.”
Construction work began on the project this month and is likely to be completed by December 2019,” he added.
