Bahrain’S government has started the handover of 5,000 residential units under the Al Ramli Housing Project to the eligible citizens. All the homes will be successfully distributed by the middle of this month, said a report.
The ministry move comes following the directives of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, reported the BNA.
The Al Ramli Housing Project is part of a government strategic scheme to provide 25,000 housing units within the Government Action Plan (GAP 2015-2018), it stated. The project features 4,501 units and apartments on 100 hectares of land, nine gardens, two primary schools, one nursery school (KG), market, shopping malls, and six mosques.
The project is expected to accommodate 30,000 residents.
