Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Company (AJVA), the Saudi dealer for Ford Trucks, has announced that it has successfully delivered 100 units of 2019 model 6x4 Ford trucks to Saad Saeed Al Saadi & Sons Company, a contracting, road construction and rock-cutting company.

This marked Ford’s biggest ever delivery of trucks in Saudi Arabia.

A ceremony was held last month to celebrate the delivery of trucks at the Arabian Metal Industries headquarters where the dumpers fitted on the trucks are manufactured. Once the dumpers are fitted in these trucks, they will be used in major road construction projects that will add around 1 million km of new roads in various regions across the kingdom.

AJVA deputy CEO Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Kareedi says: “We are proud of our partnership with Saad Saeed Al Saadi & Sons Contracting Company that saw the delivery of 100 Ford trucks for deployment in key projects that will enhance the kingdom’s infrastructure.”

“The 2019 6x4 Ford trucks are equipped with sophisticated solutions to suit various industrial applications that make them perfect for large infrastructure projects. To date, these trucks have been deployed to work in airports, residential complexes, roadworks, cleaning and maintenance and many other projects in cities such as Riyadh, Qatif, Najran, Tabuk and Hail, in cooperation with our partners in the private sector,” he adds.

AJVA aims to boost the competitive edge of the Ford brand in the Saudi market by providing advanced solutions aboard its trucks backed by a comprehensive after-sales service programme that covers all Saudi regions. The service centres also offer flexible packages for total preventive maintenance, including all electrical, mechanical and electronic systems, as well as other maintenance services.
