Azizi Developments has launched Mirage, a stylish residential project designed with the young generation in mind, in the up-and-coming Dubai Studio City.
Featuring post-modern architecture, Mirage offers 444 units comprising 253 studios, 155 one- and 366 two-bedroom apartments.
With a built-up area of 38,163 sq m, this chic and tastefully designed development gives emphasis to vertical features and curved forms that resemble the buttresses of early European structures, all while embodying a modern and sleek design, says the UAE developer.
Mirage is built for the free-spirited thrill-seekers, with it being embedded in one of the most vibrant and youthful areas in the emirate, adjacent to Dubai Sports City and Motor City – communities that offer a multitude of recreational activities and leisure options, including Dubai International Stadium, Dubai Autodrome, fitness centres, equestrian clubs and golf courses, it states.
CEO Farhad Azizi says: “Mirage in Studio City is our response to a rising demand for housing that reflects the aspirations of young millennials. Empowered, financially confident and socially stable millennials are realising that owning a property, rather than renting one, enables them to invest in a lucrative asset while incurring lower monthly accommodation costs.”
“We are pleased to cater to this shift in awareness and understanding by not just tailoring our products to their liking, but by also helping them overcome their fear of commitment through affordable and flexible payment plan options,” he adds.
Among its many amenities, Mirage features a fully equipped gym, a large swimming pool, a kids pool and playground, a retail area, a well-landscaped outdoor park and elegant interiors.
