Damac Properties, one of the region’s leading luxury real estate developers, has launched a unique concept at its key development Damac Hills.
The ‘A La Carte Villas’ concept enables buyers to personalise multiple aspects of their homes including villa type, layout, landscaping, interiors, and furnishings, among other aspects, says Damac.
For the first time in the UAE, customers can get a genuinely bespoke real estate experience using Damac’s cutting-edge configuration app that allows them to design their homes based on their preferences, it states.
Starting at Dh1.49 million ($408,042), these three- and four-bedroom villas located at Damac Hills, the Dubai developer’s 42-million sq ft master development, offer a myriad of customisable options in terms of plot size, swimming pools, exterior facades, terrace, furnishings and interior schemes, among other aspects.
Available in both furnished and unfurnished options, the ‘A La Carte Villas’ feature large private gardens and gates for access to the sprawling community park, it adds.
Senior Vice-President Niall McLoughlin says: “At Damac, we have always believed in creating unique living concepts that meet the different needs of our customers. With ‘A La Carte Villas’, we are taking our customer-centric approach a notch up.”
“Homes reflect the dreams and aspirations of those who live in them, and we wanted to create a platform that enables our customers to design every aspect of their own living experiences based on their tastes and lifestyles. With this avant-garde concept, we reaffirm our commitment to driving market-leading trends that exceed our customers’ expectations,” he adds.
Besides being able to design their villas, McLoughlin says, residents of ‘A La Carte Villas’ will also benefit from living in a community that offers some of the most spectacular outdoors and life-enhancing amenities such as an 18-hole championship golf course, world-class dining, a 4-million-sq-m landscaped park, supermarkets, a skatepark, and a horse stable.
Moreover, the community centre at Damac Hills features a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a pet grooming facility, and a new Norwegian early education centre, CreaKids.
