Luxury homes at The Banyan Tree released

01 October 2020

UAE-based developer Sweid & Sweid has released a limited number of branded luxury apartments for rent at The Banyan Tree, a 235-unit residential tower in Dubai.

The Banyan Tree-branded residences are the first of their kind in the Middle East region, states the developer.  The development consists of a single tower featuring 235 luxury residences over 32 storeys, with bespoke Italian interior finishes, impressive ceiling heights, and balconies overlooking the Montgomerie and the Emirates golf courses.

Sweid & Sweid points out that it had received considerable interest from brokers and tenants enquiring about renting apartments shortly after the official opening of the Banyan Tree Residences Dubai in June.

In response, it has taken the strategic decision to release a limited portion of its retained inventory to the market. Rentals start from Dh80,000 ($21,778), with rental payments made quarterly directly to the developer.

Residents benefit from the luxuries of five-star resort-style living within a gated private community. This includes a residents-only clubhouse and spa, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an authentic Banyan Tree Spa experience, a squash court, yoga studio and a resort infinity pool adjacent to a poolside cafe.

Managing Partner Maher Sweid points out that the demand has been extraordinary.

“Since offering this world-class development to the rental market, we have been overwhelmed by the number of enquiries – leasing over 25 per cent of the building within two months,” he adds.

At ground level, the complex stretches over 110,000 sq ft, with the majority of the site dedicated to extensive outdoor green spaces.

“Not only do we offer a holistic experience more commonly associated with premium five-star hotels and resorts, we also offer tranquil outdoor leisure spaces with lush greenery. These are features that many residents seek, having re-evaluated their living space priorities after the lockdown,” adds Sweid.
