ZāZen One reaches halfway mark

Real estate developer ZāZen Properties has announced that more than 50 per cent of the work has been completed on its debut project, ZāZen One, at Jumeirah Village Triangle in Dubai.
Consisting of 86 residences ranging from 881 to 2,803 sq ft in area, ZāZen One offers a mix of one-, two-, two-plus-maid’s room, and three-bedroom plus maid’s room units and a few exclusive duplex apartments, said the company.
ZāZen One is located directly off the main Al Khail Highway. Construction work will be over by December and it will be handed over in January 2022.
Building with sustainability in mind, ZāZen One has witnessed significant progress, achieving key milestones in the last few months, including compliance with Trakhees LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green building regulations.
The project employs solar energy solutions, with panels on the rooftop, aiming to deliver 20 to 25 per cent cost savings, which will directly impact the charges to the end user.
