Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that Creek Views I, an exceptionally well-connected residential development in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), is now over 72 per cent complete.

The 19-storey development features 634 residences, comprising 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 33,341 sq ft of premium retail space.

The development is scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2021, with 100 per cent of both its structure and blockwork already completed, says Azizi. Internal plastering is currently at 99 per cent, while the tiling, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), works are now 82 per cent, 26 per cent and 37 per cent done respectively, it adds.

Built to offer modern luxury, Creek Views I will feature an all-inclusive health club, comprising a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, as well as a serene outdoor yoga space. Situated on Al Khail Road, 7 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, the development has all major business, leisure and retail hubs in its vicinity.

Creek Views I is one of the 46 projects – comprising over 10,000 units and 11,204,623 sq ft of built-up area – that Azizi Developments plans to hand over this year.

Azizi Developments has also announced that 65 per cent of the work has been completed on its key residential development, Berton, located in the heart of Dubai’s emerging growth corridor, Al Furjan.

Azizi says it aims to complete the 245-unit development, which comprises 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well 16 luxurious penthouses, by the end of 2021.

Currently, Berton’s structure is 100 per cent complete, while the blockwork and internal plastering are at 98 and 91 per cent, respectively. Elevator works are now 95 per cent complete, says the developer.  Azizi has also recorded a 27 per cent completion of the second MEP, with façade works and tiling both having reached 67 and 65 per cent respectively. Overall finishes  now stand at 50 per cent, it adds.
