UAE-based Deyaar Development has awarded the main contract for Tria, a 32-storey luxury residential tower located in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).

The Dubai developer has also announced the launch of Mar Casa – a 52-floor luxury seafront residential tower featuring a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses.

Tria offers a wide range of residential options including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, duplexes, and stylish penthouses. With a built-up area of over 1 million sq ft, the AED515 million ($140.2 million) project also provides features such as smart-home automation, energy-efficient solutions, elegant interiors and panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline. Work on the project has already been initiated and is set for completion in 2025.

Deyaar said the newly-launched Mar Casa, which is being built at a cost of AED1.1 billion, is slated to become a true landmark in Dubai Maritime City with its iconic architecture. The unique sea wave-inspired façade of the project creates a harmonious connection between land and sea.

“A smart and sustainable lifestyle is at the heart of Mar Casa, featuring living spaces with daylighting, superior indoor air quality, energy-efficient light fixtures and MEP systems to reduce energy demand,” said CEO Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami.
