Hassan Allam JV lands Red Sea project deal

Leading Egyptian group Hassan Allam Holding has announced that its joint venture with Saudi-based Rawabi Specialised Contracting, has secured a major construction contract from multi-project developer Red Sea Global (RSG) for The Six Senses Residence and Hotel project in Amaala, the ultra-luxury destination located along Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast.
The company said the Six Senses Residence and Hotel project will be implemented through its key Saudi unit Hassan Allam Construction Saudi.
The Six Senses Residence and Hotel will boast a range of branded residential units, hotel villas as well as the main hotel, with a total 41,000-sq-m built-up area within Triple Bay, a unique wellness destination at Amaala.
This is the second major contract clinched by the Hassan Allam-Rawabi JV from the Red Sea Global – the first one being the Rosewood Residence and Hotel, a global luxury travel and lifestyle group, also at Amaala.
It will offer branded residences including villas and hotel villas as well as main hotel, with a total built-up area of 50,500 sq m.
