Dubai-based developer Damac Properties has announced the launch of its premium residential project – Golf Greens – nestled within its premier master development community Damac Hills.

Set against the backdrop of the renowned Trump International Golf Club Dubai, Golf Greens will feature luxury apartments and townhouses set in an expansive parkland spanning nearly 4 million sq ft.

“We are thrilled to introduce Golf Greens, a haven for discerning individuals seeking the perfect balance between natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and luxurious living,” remarked Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at Damac.

According to him, Golf Greens will offer one- and two- bedroom apartments as well as two- to three-bedroom townhouses with an array of amenities including infinity pools, lounge areas and mini golf courses within the apartment complex.

Residents at Golf Greens will have access to a multitude of themed areas for leisure and entertainment within the expansive parkland.

Meanwhile, Damac Properties has announced that its Cavalli Tower has achieved a significant milestone with the initial casting of the raft foundation on site at Dubai Marina. The casting consisted of over 2,000 tonnes of steel reinforcement and 4,500 cu m of concrete and was completed by the contracting company China State Construction Engineering Corporation within 25 hours.

The substructure of the 71-storey tower was designed under the supervision of the Damac technical team, while Chinese group executed the works in close co-ordination with the Dubai developer’s project management team.

The AED2 billion ($534.2 million) tower is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
