UAE property developer Taraf has awarded the enabling works contract to Asasat Aldhafra APCC Building Contracting for its exquisite residential development, Luce, located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

A premium project, Luce offers private beach access to pristine white sands, exclusive lifestyle amenities, spacious two- to four-bedroom apartments with sea views, along with a duplex and a penthouse. 

The building’s design is inspired by nature, the beach and the sand’s elegant curves and organic lines, and takes its cues from the fluidity within both Dubai’s desert and seascapes, stated the developer.

A real estate division of UAE-based investment holding group Yas Holding, Taraf said the development offers a wide range of residential units, all thoughtfully designed to provide residents with the ultimate in comfort and sophistication. Each residence boasts key amenities, contemporary interiors, and panoramic waterfront views.

In another development, Taraf has launched Terrazzo Residences, its second project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.  Luce spreads over two low-rise buildings housing one- to three-bedroom apartments and 60 per cent of the property is allocated to open and green spaces, stated the developer.

Terrazzo Residences incorporates high-end finishing and connects residences with the outdoors through spacious apartments of glass façades, an infinity pool and expansive terraces  to offer panoramic views of the adjacent community park.
