Panasonic launches new switches

01 November 2015

Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa (PMMAF) has launched a new series of BS-type switches in Saudi Arabia which the company says will suit every room’s interior.

The elegantly designed Simplus Series BS-type switches were launched in Jeddah in the middle of last month. Of superior quality, the switches are designed for residential and commercial use, said PMMAF, a subsidiary of Japan-based Panasonic Corporation, a worldwide leader in the development and engineering of electronic technologies and solutions.

“Simplicity and beauty, with Panasonic quality, is what Simplus Series BS-Type is all about. Add to that, Japanese reliability and we have a product with highest standards, which will gratify one and all,” said Tatsuya Kumazawa, director, eco solutions division, PMMAF.

Simplus Series is made of material that resists colour fading even when constantly exposed in room light or sunlight, said Panasonic, listing some of its qualities. The highly durable material makes it scratch-resistant and so not affected by sharp objects. It is flame retardant as fireproof urea resin is used (excluding certain items) for parts that conduct a large volume of current, to prevent flames from spreading in case of a wiring fire.

Simplus Series BS-Type Switches are available with all Panasonic dealers and distributors across Saudi Arabia in white and beige colours.
