Leading civil engineering and construction companies and suppliers of related products and services are expected to take part in the Intertunnel 2001 show to be organised in Basel, Switzerland.

The December 5-7 show, to be organised by Mack Brooks Exhibitions at Messe Basel exhibition centre, will also display products designed to equip and operate tunnels.

The fire protection and communications systems, air pollution and emission control equipment will also be on show at the exhibition.

To coincide with the exhibition, a three-day conference entitled "Tunnel Management Systems" is also being arranged by Tunnel Management International Limited.
