''3M Scotch-clad systems are moisture-curing, urethane coatings formulated to provide a flexible, seamless, watertight, non-porous film over most treated surfaces,'' says a spokesman for 3M Gulf, which is based in Dubai, UAE. ''Their durability or low wear rate ensures they will last longer, and as they are UV (ultraviolet) stabilised, they can be used on exterior areas or areas exposed to direct sunlight. Finally, Scotch-clad is an aesthetic system, tailored to look good.''
