Extec crushers boast 'true' mobility

Extec Screens and Crushers has developed a selection of mobile screening and crushing plant which boast true mobility and high productivity.
Among them are the C-12 and C-10 tracked jaw crushers. The C series has been designed and tested using the latest computer-aided design technology with initial testing being undertaken on a large selection of various types of material in the US and Europe.
The series is so advanced, says the UK-based company, that it encompasses such revolutionary features as a vibratory feeder with automatic control to regulate the feed into the crusher; a hydraulic adjustment system to regulate the product size to be crushed; reverse crushing action to assist in clearing blockages; and a high crushing speed.
"All of these features combine to give the user high production, cleaner products and more profit," says a spokesman for the company.
The Impactor, a tracked impact crusher based on the successful C-12, is yet another example of Extec's commitment to research and development, marrying the latest technology with the requirements of the user, he says.

All these features produce an Impactor that is capable of the highest production in its size for materials such as rock, granite, limestone, concrete and asphalt, the spokesman says.
The company has also recently launched the S-Series of three-way split screeners.
Extec manufactures a range of mobile crushers, screeners and shredders which can be found worldwide in quarry, mining and recycling applications.
