In order to maintain a competitive edge while retaining stringent control over the quality and production cost, Sahara has formed partnerships with qualified contract manufacturers from Europe, Singapore and China.

Sahara aims to offer every customer top products, prompt delivery and service and boasts a team of highly trained and quality oriented staff. The company also offers commissioning and after-sales services to its discerning clients across the emirates.
“Our quality engineers adhere to the customer's specification and strictly follow international standards while conducting random checks on outgoing shipments to ensure that the company's commitment to quality is upheld at all times,” he says. “Our technicians also undergo extensive periodic training on the installation, operation and maintenance of the glass equipment and machineries to upgrade their skills in order to offer best services to our customers.”
Sahara owns a warehouse equipped with the latest inventory technology and stocks consumable products and recommended spare parts for glass equipment to ensure prompt deliveries to its clients.
“Sahara's strategy is to ensure its future growth and development lies in exploring new markets and expanding the infrastructure of the company to include showrooms, research and development and product departments. In addition, we are increasing market awareness of the exceptional products and services which we can offer and are using shows such as the Big 5 and other regional trade fairs to accomplish this task,” Qubti concludes.
