In the loop with German chic

In response to the sophisticated demands of today’s building sector, German specialist Tece has recently introduced innovative bathrooms solutions for upmarket commercial and residential addresses of the Middle East markets.

This includes the Tece Loop, a versatile range of push plates for toilets and urinals for bathrooms, which come fully flush with the wall in a range of elegant colours.
The Loop toilet push plate combines a clear and timeless form in two finishes of glass and plastic. The plastic version is highlighted in white, pergamon, matte and bright chrome, and is anti-bacterial, while the glass version comes in the three colours of white, green and black with a variety of options for bottoms ranging from plastic to gold.
Simple to operate and maintain as they are dustless on the edges due to its innovative design, these push plates are small in size and aesthetically appealing.
“The Tece Loop was introduced in Europe and the Middle East about two months ago and the response has been great from designers, architects and consultants with a lot of positive feedback,” says Mohsen Hankir, Tece Gulf manager in Dubai. “We have already used the Tece Loop in a couple of villas in the UAE and Qatar and the product is currently being specified for many buildings in these countries.”
Tece is also promoting its range of concealed flushing systems to bathroom interior designers. The company has four types of flushing solutions, which includes the WC frame (concealed flushing system for wall-hung WC), non WC frame (concealed flushing system for back-to-wall WC), tanks as well as urinals.
The non-WC frame features two types of the bidet and washbasin frame, while the WC frame comes in two types – the 112 cm universal module with front activation and the 82 cm universal module with top activation. The tanks are of two types with different specifications – the Tecebox is 112 cm with top activation and the 82 cm front-activated version, both for brick wall installation. The urinals are of two types – a 112 cm urinal frame and a brick wall installation.
The cisterns feature blow-moulded tanks made of shock-resistant high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and pre-assembled with seal protection; they are sound-isolated being tested to DIN 4109/AG and water saving, and are compatible with all Tece push plates and commercially-available spare parts.
TECE also has a range of toilet push plates that match the cistern. These include the Ambia, Planus and the newly-launched Loop range of push plates. Ambia is made of plastic and comes in white, bright matte, and chrome colours with a choice of different finish in bottoms. Planus is available in stainless steel with a finish in matt silk white, brushed stainless steel and bright chrome, besides a urinal electronic mechanism in two versions of 6 V DC and 230V/12V AC.
