Construction work has started on the second residential community within The Fairways district at Al Zorah, a Dh2-billion ($544 million) mixed-use development taking shape in Ajman, where the developer is set to handover the first residential neighbourhood this month.
Work continues apace at Al Zahia, Sharjah’s first integrated master community. Construction is under way at two neighbourhoods – Al Narjis and Garden Apartments – while the first neighbourhood to be developed – Al Jouri – is in the process of being handed over to investors.
