UAE-based developer Sweid & Sweid said it has released a limited number of branded luxury apartments for rent at The Banyan Tree, a 235-unit residential tower in Dubai.

 

The Banyan Tree – branded residences are the first and only one of its kind in the Middle East region, stated the developer.  

 

The development consists of a single tower featuring 235 luxury residences over 32 storeys, with bespoke Italian interior finishes, impressive ceiling heights, and balconies overlooking the Montgomerie and the Emirates golf courses.   

 

Shortly after the official opening of the Banyan Tree Residences Dubai in June, Sweid & Sweid pointed out that it had received considerable interest from brokers and tenants enquiring about renting apartments.

 

Following the response it has taken the strategic decision to release a limited portion of its retained inventory to the market, it stated.

 

Rentals start from AED80,000 ($21,778), with rental payments made quarterly (four times per year) directly to the developer.

 

Residents benefit from the luxuries of five-star resort-style living within a gated private community. This includes a residents-only Clubhouse & Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an authentic Banyan Tree Spa experience, a squash court, yoga studio and a resort infinity pool adjacent to a poolside cafe.

 

Managing Partner Maher Sweid pointed out that the demand has been quite extraordinary. 

“Since offering this world class development to the rental market we have been overwhelmed by the number of enquiries - leasing over 25% of the building within two months,” he added.

 

At ground level, the complex stretches over 110,000 sq ft, with the majority of the site dedicated to extensive outdoor green spaces. 

 

Residents have access to expansive manicured lawns which have been densely populated with plants and trees, creating a unique urban oasis experience in the heart of the city.
