Arab Bank to offer housing loans at Gulf Property Show

Arab Bank, one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East, has announced that it will be offering housing loan programmes at the upcoming Gulf Property Show in Bahrain.
The Northern Gulf region's leading boutique showcase for the real estate sector, Gulf Property Show will run from March 22 to 24 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, said the event organisers Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).
Unveiling the plan, Arab Bank said the housing loan programme is open to both Bahrainis and expatriates, and offers a host of benefits that include quick loan application processing time and preferential interest rates.
During the event, a dedicated sales team will be present offering a Arab Bank credit card with preferential interest rates.
Arab Bank said the housing loan amounts being offered could reach up to BD400,000 ($1.05 million) with up to 25 years repayment plans.
