Saudi-based Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group Company has announced that its key subsidiary - Gharb Al Takhassusi Hospital for Healthcare - has awarded a SR244.2 milliion ($65 million) contract to Masah Construction Company for the development of its new maternity and pediatric hospital project.

 

A leading provider of healthcare services in Saudi Arabia, Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Group operates several hospitals, outpatient clinics, pharmacies and medical labs throughout the kingdom as well as in Dubai and Bahrain.

 

As per the deal, Masah will be responsible for the project's mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works, said Dr Sulaiman Al Habib in its filing to saudi bourse Tadawul.

 

The MEP work is due to be completed within nine months, it stated. 

 

The contract is projected to reflect positively on Dr Sulaiman Al Habib’s income statements once it commences operations in 2024, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
