Azizi signs up Bahra Electric for key Dubai projects

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced a strategic partnership with leading Saudi group Bahra Electric, a leading electrical manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia, which will be supplying a wide range of electrical products and solutions across multiple projects in Dubai.
Founded in 2008, Bahra Electric is a leading electrical manufacturing company that specialises in a wide range of products including wires, cables, busway systems, panel boards, transformers, and switchgear.
With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in KSA, the company adheres to international standards like ISO 9001 and IEC, ensuring high-quality products for sectors such as construction, utilities, and oil and gas across the Mena region.
As per the deal, Bahra Electric will be providing key solutions including earthing and lighting systems for Azizi's projects located in Dubai South, MBR City, Dubai Studio City, Al Furjan, Dubai Sports City, and Dubai Healthcare City.
Bahra Electric said it is committed to sustainability and innovation, continuously expanding its product lines and market presence.

In another development, Azizi said 28% of the work has been completed on its Beachfront project located within its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront lifestyle community - Riviera - and was on track for a Q3 2025 completion.
It comprises three 20-storey developments offering 555 units across studios, one- and two-bedroom homes, and retail spaces along with several key amenities.
Giving a project update, the Emirati developer stated that the structural build of Beachfront I had now reached 73%, and its blockwork 8%, with a total workforce of 900.-TradeArabia News Service
