Indian ships join naval exercises with Bahrain

MANAMA, September 9, 2015

Disaster management and combating maritime terrorism will be the focus of joint naval drills taking place this week between Bahrain and India. Two Indian naval ships – INS Deepak and INS Tabar – will dock in Mina Salman Port today (September 9) to enhance bilateral ties and engage in naval exercises with regional forces, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
