Dubai Police gets ISO certification for call centre
DUBAI, December 3, 2019
The Dubai Police General HQ has secured the ISO 18295-1:2017 (Call Center Management System) Certification, making it the first police institution in the UAE to receive this accolade.
The certificate was awarded by Bureau Veritas Dubai after checking the performance and work mechanism at the department.
The Dubai Police’s non-emergency hotline 901 received 121,785 calls during the third quarter of this year. Of them, 78,423 calls were answered within 20 seconds.
The award was received by Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Merri, Commander-in-chief of Dubai Police, who praised the achievement undertaken by Call Center 901 at Dubai Police. – TradeArabia News Service
