Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl has appointed Nugzar Makaridze as its new director of restaurants.
Makaridze will oversee the portfolio of restaurants and food and beverage (F&B) options at the five-star property, including the grand opening of highly anticipated Lexx bar and relaunch of main restaurant Sahha.

Makaridze, who joined the hotel in August, previously worked at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as the restaurant general manager of the busiest and one of the most successful concepts at its property in Dubai. Of Georgian-Greek parentage, Makaridze began his hospitality career in Moscow.
“I am delighted to be part of the Hyatt team at this beautiful property in the heart of Abu Dhabi. It promises to be an exciting journey as we ensure our restaurants offer the most authentic and quality-oriented concepts to our guests and establish Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl as the most welcoming property in the capital,” Makaridze said. - TradeArabia News Service
