Hilton lines up openings across the world in 2025

Hilton has lined up a series of highly anticipated openings across the various regions of the world, offering a diverse range of experiences to suit every type of traveller — from the stunning landscapes of Jordan to the serene beaches of the Caribbean.
Jordan
Signia by Hilton Amman will make its international debut in January 2025, marking the luxury brand’s first property outside the US.
Located in a prime area in Jordan’s capital, Amman, the hotel will open with 272 guest rooms and suites offering guests an exceptional stay in one of the world’s oldest cities.
Seven exquisite dining venues will showcase a curated selection of international cuisines, bringing flavours from different corners of the world to the capital of Jordan.
Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa and fitness centre, an exclusive Club Signia experience reserved solely for club rooms and suites and an upscale bowling and entertainment centre.
The upcoming opening will also be perfectly suited for business travellers and hosting large events with over 5,000 sqm of flexible meeting space including a state-of-the-art convention centre with a capacity of 3,400 guests and 20 meeting rooms.
South Africa
Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof will mark the brand’s debut in South Africa in the third quarter of 2025. The hotel is part of a heritage-led project to revitalise the Longkloof precinct which includes shops, office spaces and an attractive public yard that connects to the city via four different access points.
With 154 guestrooms and suites, the hotel is situated in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Cape Town and will feature a café and lobby bar, a fitness centre, retail stores and a meeting room.
Germany
The opening of Conrad Hamburg will mark the debut of Hilton’s luxury Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in Germany in the summer of 2025.
Situated in the heart of Hamburg, this hotel will occupy the historic Levantehaus building on the renowned Mönckebergstraße – one of Europe’s most popular shopping streets that’s home to a number of fashion boutiques and department stores.
Just steps from the city’s key landmarks, attractions, and transport links, the hotel will offer 238 rooms, including 25 spacious suites. Guests will have access to nine meeting rooms, an elegant lounge bar and restaurant, and wellness amenities, including a spa, cutting-edge gym, and a pool.
Ghana
Hilton Accra Cantonments will be located in Cantonments, an upscale suburb of Ghana’s capital city, home to multiple embassies and high commissions and offer 145 guest rooms and a range of dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge and pool bar.
Known as a burgeoning tourist destination, Accra will offer guests a vibrant blend of modern and traditional features with numerous galleries and museums to explore.
Once open in the third quarter of 2025, the hotel facilities will include a gym, spa, and an outdoor swimming pool. In addition, it will have more than 900 square metres of event space including a ballroom, seven meeting rooms and an executive boardroom.
Greece
Opening in Q4 2025, Conrad Athens The Ilisian will transform the iconic former Hilton Athens into a premier mixed-use hub.
Marking its debut in Greece, Conrad Athens will feature 280 well-appointed guest rooms and suites each with expansive views of historic Athens, as well as a 400sqm luxurious mega rooftop suite.
Additionally, 18 hotel residences have been developed as Conrad Residences, as well as 37 private residences as Waldorf Astoria Residences, on the upper floors of the building.
The Ilisian will also house a luxury private members’ club and a variety of culinary and entertainment venues, alongside curated shopping, leisure, and wellness experiences in partnership with acclaimed local and international brands.
A semi-Olympic outdoor pool and a 700m long outdoor running track on the mezzanine rooftop will offer additional spots to enjoy sunny Athens.
The hotel’s design will preserve and highlight the iconic elements of the building, including the façades designed by renowned artist Yannis Moralis.
Northern Ireland
The first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Northern Ireland is set to open in the popular seaside town of Portrush. This listed building, which operated as a hotel and artisan bakery for over 85 years between 1895 and the 1980s, is being carefully renovated to restore its former glory.
The 80-room hotel will boast nearby access to the Bushmills Whiskey Distillery and the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Giant’s Causeway on the Atlantic Coast – a popular beauty spot for hikers, surfers, artists and families.
The town will also host the 153rd Open in 2025, marking the return of the famous golf tournament to Northern Ireland since 2019.
Spain
Hilton will open its first hotel in San Sebastián in Q4 of 2025 following a redevelopment of the historic Fine Arts Theatre, one of the city's most iconic buildings. The hotel will feature 81 stylish guest rooms, meeting space, a gym, and a restaurant with a bar.
With dining experiences expected to be the second-highest priority for travel spending in 2025, according to Hiltons latest Travel Trends Report, the hotel is ideally positioned to make the most of the city's world-class gastronomy, which boasts the most Michelin stars per square meter globally.

Turkey
Marking a significant milestone as Hilton’s 100th hotel in Türkiye, the new Canopy by Hilton Istanbul Taksim is set to open in 2025, debuting the Canopy by Hilton brand in the country.
Perfect for leisure and business travelers alike, the hotel will feature 110 uniquely designed rooms, three dining outlets, a destination bar, and a central social hub known as ‘Canopy Central’.

Thailand
Kromo, Curio Collection by Hilton will open in Q2 of 2025 as First Curio Collection by Hilton Hotel in Thailand. Situated along Sukhumvit’s vibrant shopping belt, the hotel enjoys a prime location close to prominent retail destinations including Emporium, EmQuartier, and the recently unveiled EmSphere. Shopping malls and department stores such as Terminal 21 Bangkok, Times Square Building Mall and Robinson Department Store are also a stone’s throw away.
Kromo Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton will feature 306 thoughtfully curated rooms and suites, each fitted with a three-fixture bathroom.
It will feature three world-class dining concepts, including an all-day dining restaurant, a creative social dining space and a bar. The hotel will also offer a fitness centre as well as indoor and outdoor pools when it opens.
Japan
Opening in Q2 2025, Waldorf Astoria Osaka will span 12 storeys of a 39-story high-rise in the south district of the new Grand Green Osaka urban mixed-use development.
The hotel will feature a total of 252 guest rooms ranging from 50 square meters, and three distinctive restaurants including Peacock Alley, the iconic lounge and bar synonymous with the Waldorf Astoria brand offering guests a delightful destination to unwind at any time of the day.
The hotel will offer a dedicated chapel perfect for wedding ceremonies, while business and leisure events can be held at the hotel’s extensive banquet and meeting facilities.

Following a meticulously and thoughtfully-crafted restoration effort led by renowned architects from Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and interior design by Pierre-Yves Rochon, Waldorf Astoria New York, which will open in Spring 2025, will retain the scale and beauty of the original Art Deco architecture reimagined with fresh contemporary furnishings that pay homage to the original Waldorf Astoria New York.
The 375-room hotel will feature some of Manhattan’s largest rooms and suites that will embody the spirit of New York.
Above the hotel will sit 375 private residences, ranging from studios to four bedrooms, with interiors designed by Jean-Louis Deniot.
