Jala Spa & Wellness in Jabal Akhdar, Oman, has launched an exclusive programme, inviting world-leading wellness practitioners between December 15 and January 31, 2025, to its mountain sanctuary, nestled 2,000 metres above sea level.
Healers specialising in diverse wellness disciplines have been lined up for the Wellness Specialist Practitioners Programme at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa, where the pristine mountain air and serene environment promise to enhance the therapeutic experiences.
One of the experts is holistic healer Jang Kanlayanee, whose winter residency is set to launch the programme. With over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, she specialises in therapies that weave together traditional practices and crystal healing.
Whether guests seek stress relief, energy alignment, or personalised yoga, her treatments aim to restore harmony and vitality.
Her signature treatments will include:
Chi Nei Tsang - Emotional Release Massage (for deep detoxifying): A therapeutic abdominal massage that combines manual and crystal techniques to release stored emotions and energy blockages. It helps alleviate stress, improve digestion, and balance the first four chakras.
Body Alignment Therapy (for chronic pain): Tailored by Jang to meet specific needs, this treatment utilises her extensive experience in various bodywork techniques. Enhancements include cupping or Tok Sen (a traditional Thai Lanna therapy) to help align body and mind back into balance.
Quantum Cranial Crystal Sound Vibration Healing (for stress and anxiety): This treatment combines energy work, crystal sound healing, and cranial relaxation techniques. By stimulating 12 meridian points on the skull, it boosts blood circulation to the brain, rebalances electrical activity, and releases negative emotions. The result is improved emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
Chakra Healing (Reiki): Using crystal stones placed on the chakras, Jang provides gentle hands-on healing. Reiki induces deep relaxation, assists the body’s natural healing processes, and promotes overall well-being. It’s particularly effective for relieving emotional stress.
Bespoke Yoga Therapy: Jang customises yoga sessions based on preferences and experience. Whether a guest seeks a meditative or dynamic practice, she tailors the class to meet their needs.
Tai Chi: Tai chi, a Chinese healing art, emphasises mindful movement, physical posture, and harmonising chi flow in the body. It promotes relaxation and balance.
Sound Bath Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls: Immerse in deep relaxation and meditation with crystal singing bowls. The soothing sound vibrations help focus, reach a reflective state, and ease stress. It’s a powerful way to relax the mind and body. – TradeArabia News Service
