THE Dh120-million ($432.6 million) Cayan Business Centre (left) at Tecom on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai has been completed and offices are now being handed over to their owners.

The handover comes close on the heels of the Cayan’s recent handover of Dorrabay and previously of The Jewels at Dubai Marina.
The 12-storey ultra-modern Cayan Business Center enjoys a huge ceiling-to-floor glass atrium at its centre. This allows sunlight into all offices offering naturally-lit areas, which add to its distinctive features.
