T Nagadi Preformed Concrete Factory is keenly eyeing growth prospects throughout the region including Oman, with its product offering that includes various types of precast concrete products as well as niche products for the drainage and electrical and telecommunications sectors.
The fully-owned Saudi company, which is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, has been boosting its presence in the kingdom by expanding its facilities at Yanbu and making major investments in new machinery and equipment, in a bid to cater to the increased demand for its products in Rabigh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. As part of its expansion drive, the company has also modernised its machinery and bought new equipment for its factory at Riyadh plant.
An ISO 9001-certified company, T Nagadi manufactures a wide range of concrete products in compliance with Saudi and international standards. It has a diverse product portfolio that caters to the stormwater drainage and sewage network requirements including reinforced concrete pipes ranging from 300 mm to 3,600 mm internally lined with PVC/PE (polyvinylchloride/polyethylene) or GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) as well as reinforced concrete manholes and chambers, internally lined as required.

For the electrical and telecommunications sector, the company offers all types of manholes, chambers, cabinet bases, link boxes, pole foundations, and cable protection tiling, all complete with metal accessories. It can also provide systems that are custom-designed to client’s requirements.
The firm is also involved in the production and installation of precast building components and boundary walls, including footings, columns, beams, slabs and walls, with various patterns and of shapes as required; as well as interlock paving and New Jersey road barriers, wheel stoppers and marker posts.
T Nagadi has three modern production facilities in Saudi Arabia covering a total area of 300,000 sq m, including a 40,000 sq m plant in Riyadh, a 200,000 sq m factory in Yanbu as well as a 60,000 sq m facility in the Light Industrial Park at Madinat Yanbu. It has an automatic block production plant and a pipe plant from Omag Germany as well as a precast plant also from Germany, equipped with all modern handling systems including several gantry cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes, many overhead cranes, and a steam-curing system.
The company plans to invest further in sophisticated machinery, as it has a huge area to receive products and ample space to stock finished products at the plant. It is also focusing on enhancing the quality of its products to boost its sales figures.

Its high-quality products and dependable customer service, backed by technical collaboration with European companies, has ensured its success on many projects within Saudi Arabia as well as in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
In Saudi Arabia, T Nagadi is supplying lined jacking pipes (500 mm to 3,000 mm in internal diameter) and GRP-lined manhole elements worth SR150 million ($40.05-million) to the local contractor Al Mabani General Contractors for its projects for the Jeddah Sewerage and Water Authority. The company expects to completed delivery of products next year. Another notable deal is for GRP-lined manhole elements worth SR100 million ($26.67 million).
The company has also been contracted to supply subcontractor Hashim Ismail Company with reinforced concrete pipes of inner diameters 2,200 mm and 3,500 mm for the Saudi government’s Al Hada Makkah Al Mukaramah project.
Other orders under way include a SR23.5-million ($6.7 million) deal from Cercon for a Riyadh sewerage project, one from Nesco for a telecommunications project and also a Mobily project.
Established in 1977 and owned by Tarik Mohamed Nagadi, the company is 100 per cent Saudi-owned and staffed with around 300 employees of various nationalities. Apart from its three production facilities, T Nagadi also has a sales office in Jeddah.
